The gist: It's Giving Gone helps you find last-minute travel deals. You book them somewhere else. Prices come from third parties and can change, so always confirm before you pay.
1. Acceptance
By using itsgivinggone.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Cory Dickes ("we," "us"), an independent operator based in North Carolina, United States.
2. What It's Giving Gone is
We're a travel-deal discovery tool. We surface below-market, last-minute stays and related travel information gathered from third-party sources. We do not sell, provide, or process any travel, lodging, or bookings ourselves, and we are not a travel agency or a party to any reservation you make.
3. Prices & availability
Prices, availability, photos, and other details shown on the Site are sourced from third parties and are provided for informational purposes only. They can change or sell out at any time, may contain errors, and are not guaranteed by us. Always confirm the current price and all details on the provider's own website before booking or paying. The provider's listed price and terms — not ours — govern your booking.
4. Third-party bookings
When you choose a deal, you're directed to a third-party website (such as Airbnb, a hotel, or a booking provider) to complete your reservation. Any booking is a transaction solely between you and that provider, governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the products, services, availability, pricing, cancellations, refunds, or the quality of any stay, flight, or experience booked through those providers.
5. Affiliate relationships
It's Giving Gone participates in affiliate and travel-partner programs and may earn a commission when you book through certain links on the Site. This comes at no additional cost to you and does not influence which deals we choose to display.
6. Email alerts
If you subscribe to deal alerts or unlock the Drives Atlas, you agree to receive related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including scraping, harvesting, or bulk-copying its content; interfering with or overloading its operation; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using it for any unlawful purpose. The Site's content, design, and branding are ours or our licensors' and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any deal, price, or listing is accurate, current, or available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, It's Giving Gone and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any information shown, or any booking made with a third-party provider.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
